The villas, named Villa del Mar, set just off the beach are designed by award winning architectural artist E. The villas are available in four styles within the 200 plots of land. The villas themselves come with full air conditioning and an optional swimming pool. They are designed to strict American structural standards and can withstand all possible natural disasters, however unlikely.
