movewithus strengthens team
17 July 2007 movewithus, the leading property services group, has appointed Robert Clubbe and Tony Lynn as Regional Business Development Managers in the Corporate Property Services Division. They will be responsible for strengthening the brand and market position of movewithus across the housebuilding industry.
Robert will focus on the South West working across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and South Wales. Tony will be based in the South East working across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and London. They will be responsible for developing the movewithus client portfolio and making sure that all clients continue to receive consistent high levels of service and performance, helping the Group to operate even more effectively in its market place.
Robert brings with him 12 years of experience in the property industry having worked for a number of top developers, including Beazer Homes, Bedford, where he began his career. Before joining movewithus he worked as a Commercial Manager for a town and transport planning consultant, where he was involved in developer liaison and the development of residential travel plans.
Prior to joining movewithus, Tony, worked for a house builder in the South East, in his previous role as Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Millwood Designer Homes. He has extensive knowledge of Sussex and Surrey property markets having worked at RPC Land and New Homes for ten years and previously to that at various locations in the counties for 12 years with the Black Horse Agency.
